They just suggested we create an account using the same email, which accomplished nothing of course.īut the worst part is that the account got locked for security reasons while trying to troubleshoot this (I guess we tried logging in too frequently?). So next we tried support, but they know nothing about Relay and couldn't help. Aside to the insanely slow response times, they basically just kept saying to use the right account. We email probably 30 people at Amazon, but they don't respond. They suspended our load board on April 3rd. The second trip they said was double brokerage at 9:15 pm, however, at 19:06 the load was canceled. On the first trip, they said it was double brokerage at 4:28 pm, however, at 13:23 we completed that load. Hello fellow drivers, I caught Amazon on a false accusation of double brokerage, and they don't wanna admit their mistake, they suspended our load board.
